Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace tracking code via email to follow your parcel and see the estimated delivery time.
2. Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to modify the shipping address on your order, please contact us by email with your new delivery address as soon as possible.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within France on all orders.
4. Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels During Transit
If you suspect that your parcel has been lost or gone missing during transit, please contact us by email. We will reach out to the courier to investigate the issue.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns if you've changed your mind, as long as the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product value.
6.2 Warranty Returns
We offer a 30-day product warranty.
To request a warranty claim, it must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your warranty request within 7 days.
